The good time was only for trainee period. After that no timely promotion, the package which was fixed that was not given. Worst environment, and management.
Minpunten
Worked for 2.5 years but didn't get hikes, upon achieving the target, you are eligible to get incentives but they delayed incentives upto 5-6 months after that with new rule, they cancel your incentive. Deduction of PF is there but PF is not credited regularly. And in last when you leave they don't clear your PF.. even the management was such worse they don't reply you on time don't help you with the queries and even they don't provide the payslips. Don't fall for benefits they show, if they will provide you salary on time and without any deductions it will be a big thing.
