A very close knit staff. The environment is very laid back but professional at the same time. They welcome you with open arms! Benefits are good!

Minpunten

The salary for the amount of work is a very big downfall. I don't think they pay everyone fairly. While the benefits are good, vision insurance is not offered m.

Benefits are okay. Some coworkers are good. Company cars are available to use for home visits.

Minpunten

Management is not great. A flexible schedule is advertised but that’s not the case at all. Telework is not allowed even though it could be a huge perk for the job if it were allowed. The pay is low, very low! High caseload, 38-43 cases per case manager. The job is supposed to be salaried but you have to clock in/out, which is NOT a salaried job. Technology could be better. Training needs to be better. No career growth opportunities.
