I’m excited to share that I’ve recently joined Pure Data Centre Group. Coming from outside the data centre industry, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I’ve been welcomed with open arms.
The People Team and the wider business are in a high-growth phase, evolving from a start-up mindset to a scale-up operation. There are solid foundations in place, but what really stands out is the openness to adapt, evolve, and improve processes as the business grows.
The onboarding experience has been second to none. From day one, people have taken the time not only to understand my background but to truly partner with me. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
