lots of fun to work at very good people to work with, very good pay & good rewards in return too

in the summer it can be super busy and very long hours .but stick to it and it can be rewarding

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Minpunten

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
