great company to work for , they care about all of thier emoloyees and have your best interests in mind good salary

multiple trainers makes it difficult to get clients when you start off , have to have goos organisation skills to keep running

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
