Minpunten

The management sucks. They will rush you through training and to take calls. My manager was passive aggressive and ignored me. The chat for help was so useless and frustrating, I stopped asking all together. They have so many rules you’ll always feel like you’re on the verge of getting fired. The only reason why they have any 5 star reviews at all is because they sent out an email begging for them and management left a few. The benefits suck and there are barely any. You have to wait 3-6months to get 6hr of pto a month. No growth opportunities and work/life balance was at an all time low. For dealing with mean, low intellect customers all day, they should offer more.

Great place to work, easy environment! great training to prepare for the job! Fix scheduled which allows you to schedule different appts needed out side of work.

Starting pay was decent and opportunity for growth is fair.

Rapid training without proper integration, schedules are not work-life balance friendly. Harsh score card ratings for beginners. If you are an intermediate level CSR or advanced then you will do fine. Not a recommendation for beginning CSR experience.
