The people you work with are great and make it worthwhile working there, most staff and supervisors care and want to make it a place that people want to work in (at least in the department I was in). Most of the actual managers were pretty good, it’s the people above them that ruined it for me.
Minpunten
Upper management makes no effort to show they care about the staff, if they can make more money for the gondola by working everyone to the bone, they’d do it in a heartbeat. Had more interactions with David Barry then any of the upper management. If one person does something wrong, then usually whatever they screwed up gets ruined for the rest of the staff members, no accountability.
