While each manager has a different leadership style, we are an agency where upper management has an open-door policy, welcoming and encouraging individuals to express any challenges, concerns and make recommendations to improve the workplace during their employment so that our team members are able to grow professionally and thrive on a personal level. We have implemented a new HR system so that employees are accessing their benefits and fun perks like ‘PTO Birthdays’ and able to provide anonymous recommendations and suggestions to enhance our work environment. The agency’s proven track record of success and strong relationships with clients have provided us with the opportunity for growth, allowing our employees to have more leadership experience with competitive pay and benefits. While at the time of your experience, our agency was not in the position to provide all the resources to provide you with company property including a laptop and business phone, we’ve made great strides in providing new resources for each member to operate successfully. If we’re lacking in a certain area, our employees are encouraged to share suggestions so that we are able to budget and allocate resources for the team. We are continuing to make it a mission to invest in our employees and appreciate each of our staff members for their hard work and collaboration.
