Pluspunten
The owner is a down to Earth person. His office is always open and he is willing to talk to you. Fellow employees are great and couldn't make it without them. It's like a family here! We have something going on every Friday of the month. From birthday cakes, to a chili cook off. It really brings people together.
Minpunten
The shop floor management isn't very trust worthy. They tell you one thing and do another, and never take any blame on themselves, always pushing blame to their subordinates. They will do anything to make themselves look better. You can't go to them with problems about how a work cell is ran, or if you have issues with another employee. Management will hold against you and make your life miserable. There's a reason that we have had multiple 10-20 year employees leave and go somewhere else. I would think long and hard before working here.
