5yWe are trying to solve big problems that don't always have clear solutions, so we try and get our team excited to take on broad goals and break them down into parts. It can be difficult to clarify when priorities need to shift, which is to be expected in our space, and though we are always trying to improve, the pandemic has created new challenges in this regard.
Though we do go through them at least monthly at our all hands and they are posted on the internal wiki, we hear you that we can do more to be sure everyone at the company feels good about their particular part of our work and can get clarification when needed. Thanks for the feedback!
