The problem is timing and salary. The working time is 10AM to 7.30PM and the salary is 10K per month.

There is much more to say, let's start with salary if you think "why these guy give "company recommend" only with 2 stars", read this fully - The starting salary is 8K you can expect 12K maximum in your 2 years contract (if they tell you it will keep on increasing, trust me it maybe a trap to sign another contract). - As i say 2 years contract, if you broke it you need to pay a year of your salary in adv (in my agreement) but wait that's not the best part, they tricked me to sign the contract without reading the contents (because of shortage of developers and seniors are leaving the company soon). - Work life balance (just forget about it..), they ask you to work overtime without pay, if you said "can i do this tomorrow ?" they force you by telling "you said yes when we asked if you can do overtime sometimes" (said by some noble women). - They don't appreciate your work but they speak bad of you(management) when they found a little mistake in your work. - Oh yeah i almost forget about the leave, here we have only ONE LEAVE for a MONTH !! and that is considered as sick/paid leave, if you don't take it, it will not add up to next month (trust me you'll regret that). Well my friend if you read this far, i have a bonus point for ya, did you know sometimes TN govt announce leave for heavy rain ? if that's happen trust me your done for... (they tell you "we will compensation the leave for another day") well if you think "we are working for 6 days a week how will they compensate that leave ?" they just use the one day you will give rest to the 207 bones in your body after a week (Sunday) that means you have to work for TWO WHOLE WEEKS STRAIGHT !!!! Note: (without any pay of course) and just like any other companies, if you get into bad side of the management YOUR FATE IS SEALED, they will try to expel you by some UNDERRATED tactics. after all these, if you still think about joining the company go on.., i don't oppose the idea, because most of us needs some kind of entry point for IT field and trust me QBS is a great learning experience for me and i not kidding i will recommend this company for freshers who are not looking for a boring life but life full of THRILL.
