-Some sports activities are there -U get to see new car of ceo earned by your hard work -If you are at any client location, you can bypass some cons like 8 hr rule

Minpunten

-minimum 8 hours biometric excluding cafeteria time -salary comes late on 3rd /4th unlike other companies which transfer salary on last working day -Family led business so you cant really question any upper management. -Top family which is also upper management have arrogant behaviour -Policy like sandwich leaves -only 16 casual plus sick leaves per annum -don't care about personal growth -Saturday working
