The technology we supply is agile and robust. There is a feeling that we are selling the right thing to customers and genuinely helping them succeed. This makes the teams we work with enthusiastic. We have belief in what we do without being preached to. Top Management are transparent with us and encourage us to be transparent with customers. Home working is supported both culturally and technically. Experience and youth are equally valued - many people have been here a long time. Home workers are made to feel part of the team and can make arrangements to meet and work in local groups. Bosses are here to help rather than to micro-manage. Problems can be shared, then solved by teams working together. Team events are great, even the virtual events we are having in the lockdown. All of these things have contributed to QAD's successful transition to working as normal as possible during the Covid 19 lockdown
