Great company culture, interesting problems to solve, tons of opportunity to learn and gain new skills, nice offices and furniture.
Minpunten
Pay was never quite right. Upper management avoided communication whenever possible, so rumors spread far and fast and the truth was always much different. Project directions changed constantly. Some people dealt with that alright, but many others didn't.
Learned so many skills that went beyond shading. Met some of the great people and still close to them today
Minpunten
QMotion sold to Legrand and they shut down the main factory. The majority of people where laid off and very few were moved to the location in Dallas. Legrand would hire people with no background in shading and have you basically train your boss. Also, to many people in management with different managing styles. Nothing really gets done and when it does only hire ups get recognized
