This company is one of the most unstable RCM organizations in India, with no job security at any level — whether you are a fresher, experienced associate, team lead, or manager.
The company follows a repetitive cycle of mass hiring and frequent layoffs, creating a highly stressful environment. Employees are hired in bulk and later let go without clear justification, only for new hiring to begin again shortly after.
The top management and HR department lack proper direction and employee focus. Communication is poor, and important decisions are made without considering employee welfare or team impact.
The Quality department, under the leadership of the AVP and Quality Manager, is highly inefficient. Their metrics are unrealistic, inconsistent, and lack alignment with operational goals. Instead of supporting process improvement, the Quality team often faces blame and becomes the first target during layoffs.
Employee benefits are minimal — no proper insurance coverage and a rigid attendance policy where even a one-minute delay can result in a half-day leave or loss of pay.
