Team & company meetings feel truly collaborative: every voice is heard, all ideas are welcome, and everyone is willing to help. I feel the company has found minimal product-market-fit. Customer response has been amazing, and we have no lack of interest, and the product can truly solve customer challenges. Now, our focus is on expanding access, easing on-boarding, and continual improvements. The company is well funded and has plenty of runway to invest in more resources and ramp up.

The company is still quite small and young, so if you want narrow responsibilities with a static backlog, it might not be a fit.

I'm currently a Product Management Intern at Qbeast, and honestly, I'm having an incredible experience. I'm genuinely grateful to spend my formative professional years in such an amazing workplace. The leadership here is fantastic! They're approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my growth. The entire team feels like a close-knit family, always ready to help and eager to teach. Everyone at Qbeast is incredibly passionate about what they do, and that enthusiasm is contagious. I'm constantly learning new things, and the frequent one-on-one sessions with various team members have been instrumental in shaping me professionally and personally. One of the best things about Qbeast is how much they value everyone's input. Even though I'm an intern, my voice is heard, and my suggestions are always welcomed and respected. It feels amazing to contribute actively and know my perspectives matter. Moreover, the exposure here is phenomenal. They ensure everyone gets a chance to be at the forefront of innovation, growth, and change. This has significantly accelerated my learning curve and broadened my horizons. I'm thoroughly enjoying my internship at Qbeast and genuinely hope to continue here full-time. Highly recommend it as a workplace!
