Working from home is the ONLY pro about this job. This does not outweigh the cons, believe me.

The training is the oddest procedure I have ever experienced. The intimidation begins here. The trainers seem completely dissatisfied with their jobs and they will take it out on the trainees. I guess they are under a lot of pressure to perform also. I've never worked in such a negative and unprofessional atmosphere. During the online conference training, you are treated like a child. I was silent as the trainer talked to other trainees like children, telling them to "take your hands, and put them in you lap!" At the end of the initial online training, you are told that you will be "dropped" if you fail to respond to any emails of your next trainers. "They will drop you so fast if you don't respond to their emails." If you have low self-esteem, don't mind being treated poorly, and don't mind being fearful that you will be dropped at any moment, this job could be for you. The job advertisement sounded perfect. "No inbound calls ." That is a lie. You spend a whole day training (and more without pay) learning how to TAKE calls. Then, when you think you are ready, they tell you that actually what you will doing is MAKE calls . It is a classic bait and switch. Why? Because nobody would actually want to do this work. Go ahead and try it for even an hour and you'll see what I mean.

You can pick your own hours and they do pay on time.

This is a performance base job. Meaning they want you to have good conversion rates, but kinda hard to do when you have a lot of no clients or non qualified clients. They are also quick to fire you to even if it is not your fault
