Best employer in San Diego, which is a fantastic city to live in. There are really no other good chip design companies within SD... in fact it's hard to find other good technology companies in San Diego. Nothing compared to Irvine or Bay Area

QCT is not a great place to work. Most within QCT view themselves as "Quality Control Technicians". The culture needs to change and the engineers need to be better appreciated.
