Work pressure is hectic, work life balance is poor. People call at night times asked to come to office if you do not they will show all reasons in review. Management is worst even to complain about any such incidents. There are many flaws in recruitment, people at same level are recruited at different level even the candidate had given 5 rounds of interview placed at lower level compared to candidate who given one telephonic. The moment employee starts questioning review gets affected and simple answer given by management is do not compare with others.
