The recent layoffs were very poorly handled. Good performers were let go while all the deadwood continue to remain. Poor compensation compared to the industry. Poor health benefits from the next year. Promotion dependent on the number of years spent rather than the performance. In summary, come to Qualcomm only if you have no other alternative.
