It became increasingly difficult to raise sufficient funding from investors, which led to multiple rounds of layoffs over the past two years.

Huge total addressable market, well-funded, good product/market fit, great customer logos, great teammates, flexible/hybrid office environment, strong Board of Directors.

Minpunten

It's a hair-on-fire pace - there's a lot of urgency around everything. That's not a con but it's definitely an acquired taste. Company has improved with new leadership in terms of keeping all the activities aligned vs. just a bunch of firedrills, but lots of folks are still new.
