This September will be 4 years for me at this company and its been amazing! The money is amazing. Working at quality has changed my life financial forever. It has also given me the tools to succeed in my personal life as well. My fellow co workers (management team) are amazing as well as GM, and HR Director. I would of never been able to succeed with out their support. Weve beeb in business for over 20 yrs because the owner Cheryl gives all her employee every opportunity to succeed which in turn makes a thrivinh business. She also pays the best hands down.

The negativity of other co workers. Its very simple this is a production based job. The reviews you read of people complaining are the same people who complained on the floor. There is no physical way to give certain people certain leads the dialer wont allow it, its just an excuse from fellow employess that were lazy and had a bad attitude. There are at least 3 managers per room with 3 rooms so to say the managers dont help you succeed is another excuse. If an employee does bad it looks bad on management so they will and do help in every way.
