If you like technology, this is a great company. The people are super smart and kind. I'm giving 5 stars because I loved working here while it lasted. The compensation on the corporate team is above average.

First, the benefits, while nice, are just so-so. Second, since the company is still owned by a private equity firm, they are super-focused on their numbers and growth, which I don't need to articulate the downsides that come with that.

My teammates at Quantic are some of the most driven, intelligent, and accomplished professionals I've ever worked with. Most of us have corporate PTSD and appreciate how innovative, collaborative, nimble and accountable everyone is - no weak links and no egos or bureaucracy to contend with. We get stuff done so we can have fun.

Not a con, but a fact - if you're looking for a phone-it-in or task-oriented job, this isn't it. We're constantly challenged to strategically create value, intrisic, financial, transactional, growth, not just "do a job/complete xyz." You don't normally think of manufacturing companies as idea incubators with tech start-up mentalities and drive, but this one is.
