Most people who will complain about QSI don't understand business fundamentals, staffing logistics, or the reality of a company being owned by private equity. Unfortunately some of the toxic attitudes are still around - and I don't mean at the top level. If you're unhappy, leave. Quantum Spatial was a pretty good place to work. Was it perfect? No. Was it better than a lot of other places? Yes. Impact>Intent, but most front-line managers do everything with the best of intentions, stand up for their employees, etc.
