Whilst we receive positive comments internally about our benefits/training/opportunities we offer, myself and our management team take every piece of feedback seriously to see what we can learn or could improve on so thank you being open here. Our management team dedicates itself to building a great agency, one that is a great place to work and delivers for our clients. Sometimes, we agree, there are growth pains – and getting the communications right is one of the big challenges we have faced. Chris our CEO is a focused individual, committed to driving the success of QueryClick. Chris is always open to feedback from any member of the team and as such regularly reviews and replies to feedback in our employee pulse survey Office Vibe. The happiness of our team is of the upmost importance to Chris and as such he was instrumental in driving the work/life balance and wellbeing initiatives with HR as we understand our team members have commitments outside of work too. Clients are second only to our staff in terms of their importance to us because we have the unique technological solutions to back them up, we supply value share contracts with clients that reflect our confidence in our ability to deliver the results. Nonetheless, we work hard with our expert teams to formulate these strategies and ensure they can facilitate those promises and will make sure we continually review this process.
