culture better than others, some products are definitely top-notch, quota's are set in a reasonable amount with expectation for sales reps to attain them. This is a company you can come back to and/or hang your hat for a long time.
Minpunten
a sense at times there's an attention span deficit on new markets/products that are ventured into... this is the same for acquisitions...a sense they're looking for a quick hit and not "in it, to win it". Marketing tends to be weak -- heavy emphasis on direct sales over good marketing, though some products (acquisition of Sitraka tools for example) require mind share and marketing. (Though they've done a good job with the tools for MSFT like Fastlane...an example of HQ focus versus short attention span.)
