Further, it is very refreshing to witness leadership humility, active listening and an unwavering effort to grow the individual while fostering a team mentality. Great leadership! If diversity is the greatest strength at QuickFrame, the Product Team is a close second. The engineers that keep the QuickFrame engine running faster, smarter and smoother everyday are really cool, fun to learn from (as a non-tech) and are one cohesive unit. They are building great products and take pride in their work. Also, from what I have read there are barriers to entry in the tech world for female engineers. This is not the case at QuickFrame and indicative of a forward-looking approach to the world of technology. Very progressive! Video is the future and QuickFrame’s video intelligence platform is reimagining how the world can use it…it is incredibly rewarding to be a part of this environment.
