There used to be a strong culture built by long-standing employees who were deeply committed to the business. Unfortunately, most of them have now left, and it’s unclear whether that same culture still exists.

Over the past year there’s been a noticeable “restructuring” of departments including the longstanding finance and HR teams and people are too scared to speak up. You can feel the value of HR has disappeared from the business and the leadership have failed to keep staff feeling safe and valued. So many long standing employees have left the business after seeing what’s happened. Building conditions are terrible and technology is outdated. It’s not really a luxury company.
