Pluspunten
The Quorum product and disaster recovery solution is great. There are a handful of loyal, hard working, and trust worthy employees left in the SJ office. The medical, dental, vision, and stock options package is above average.
Minpunten
The instability in the Executive Leadership is alarming to say the least. There have been 3 different CEO's, 2 different VP of Marketing, 2 different Global Sales Directors, and 2 different Channel Directors within the last year. The communication between departments is comical because it does not exist. The most tenured Sales Rep has less than 2 years with the company and 90% of the Inside Sales Team are kids straight out of college with little to no experience in Disaster Recovery as a service. The company culture or employee satisfaction is at an all time low.
