Small company. Some remote work opportunities (independent contractor type). Decent pay for entry-level manufacturing warehouse. A lot of great hourly employees work here. The Director of Facility Operations of the facility is professional, passionate, and generous. Growth potential for those who are open-minded and willing to work aggressively for advancement. Personal time off begins accruing immediately and is able to taken as soon as it's earned. Minpunten
Being a small company most people have multiple roll's and things can become confusing or frustrating. A large portion of the companies employees do work remotely, and it is sometimes very difficult to coordinate certain activities. Schedules can change frequently and randomly with overtime becoming mandatory with little notice. There are no health benefits currently offered. Sometimes confusing and contradictory direction given from executive suite.
