If you have the opportunity to interview here, I would absolutely recommend doing so. An old friend of mine got me to interview here, after months of him hearing me complain about my previous job.
It's a great move, not only because of the money you'll make here, but also because of the networking and connections you'll make as well. R & R employs some veryyyy sharp and intelligent people who are definitely worthwhile in having in your rolodex of contacts.

Time-sensitive positions mostly. In this industry, there's always a deadline or completion date for projects. You need to remind yourself to relax here and there or else you'll work yourself silly.
