Management (branch manager in my office did not have the first clue as to how to run an office), total lack of teamwork, immature coworkers, no one taking responsibility for anything, horrendous music being played so loud you can't hear the person you're trying to talk to on the phone, no commission (unless you are a pod leader. ops people had their sales commission opportunities taken away), new policies put into place almost weekly and then slowly get swept under the rug, micro-managing (the office is full of adults, if someone can't do their job then just get rid of them instead of constantly watching over them), incredibly high turnover rate (when I started there were roughly 20 people in the office, now there are 7 people in the office. they also fire people at the end of every quarter). There is no upward mobility with this company. If you want to become a pod leader, you will have to wait until a pod leader quits or gets fired. Also, you will work 50+ hours a week and you will only get one pay increase. The President/CEO of the company recently hired an outside person to be the new CEO. That's never a good sign for a company.
