Positive co-workers, very fast-paced work atmosphere. My individual team made a huge difference in my satisfaction while there.

Minpunten

The hours are very long with hidden aspects such as nightly on-call for trucker dispatch. We would put in about 55hrs per week with no extra compensation. Also, some employees were given perks others were not afforded. Promises were made at not kept as well.

We recognize there may be times when our employees may have to work longer hours than usual, and we are actively working on a remedy for those situations. However, employees are all treated fairly. Any extra "perks" given to others are a direct result of their hard work and dedication to R2 Logistics. We do reward those who go above and beyond for their team.
