• The culture is toxic, and it is within the senior management. This toxicity is pushed downwards and it is heavily felt. It has been mentioned that 'they can't change the culture' but that is the main issue. • If you go against the grain or your face 'doesn't fit', you will be pushed out. • There is clear favouritism among management and it is incredibly de-motivating. • The company chimes on about mental health awareness but in reality, it does not seem to care. • Employees who have worked at RAC for a number of years have seen a huge difference and many long standing staff members have left. • Poor pension contribution. • Poor maternity/paternity leave.
