Pluspunten
The application and interview process was seamless and easy to progress through. Thorough information was provided in relation to the job description and nature of the role, subsequently during the interview more information was provided prior to it commencing which was crucial in providing new employees from having an understanding of the company and job scope. The training programme was run very well, including classroom based and practical learning. This allows all new employees to quickly get up to speed with all the essential learning information while allowing for us to get to know the business and its various different sectors.
Minpunten
The interview process went well, however the interviewer was slow in taking down information during the interview and that left a lot of gaps after answering questions with awkward silences. Furthermore, during the onboarding process the HR team were extremely slow in responding to emails and queries.
