employment ID screening is not beneficial on teams call as we are unaware of how long it was meant to take (taking a day off was inconvenient when it took 3 minutes) and then we still have to send our documents either way. With the interviews it was just question answer etc without any flow of conversation which made the interview harder and unwelcoming from rac. With holidays pre joining were not confirmed still even once discussed after the interview and employment ID check therefore was poor lack of communication whether it had gone through or not.
