One of the best reasons working with RAC is the opportunity to interact with colleagues and members over phone. The phone engagements with members helped me to hone your customer service and communication skills. The support and coaching from 'some' of my bosses has been worthwhile and rewarding. I was also glad that the difficulties associated with job was clearly stated at the interview which challenged me to start the job with a positive mindset that I could excel on the job and i think i have been doing okay so far since i started 11months ago.

The downsides of working with RAC are some TMs are not supportive. There is no deliberate attempt to confirm your well being as an employee -its just about the job,
