The RAC environment is fast paced and proactive, the work is demanding but there are rewards for it, such as the Orange Hero awards and weekly recognitions plus a bonus for company performance. The culture is collaborative, open and fun the majority of the time. The Exec members, SLT and CEO are without exception approachable and open and there are regular whole office briefings updating staff on the latest news. There are opportunities to do volunteering, go out on patrol, shadow different areas etc so if you want a change of scenery or progress your career this is welcomed. There are regular social events either for the whole office or in individual teams which make it a pleasant place to work.
