After leaving the company, I became aware that my former supervisor had communicated with leadership at my new employer regarding my performance at RADCO. This raised concerns for me about professional boundaries and reinforced my decision that leaving was the right choice. While others may have different experiences, I found the environment challenging and would encourage leadership to focus on employee trust, conflict resolution, and creating a workplace where concerns can be raised without fear of negative consequences.
