Can make or break your career within a day. 3. Too much of power is given to the managers and operations team, they play with unethical work attitudes based on their industry fresher mindset. Worst work culture and high Unethical behaviour. Manager has full control of the Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee's career, even if it's their fault. Expect to work extra hours without any extra benefit. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employees as human beings.
