Adding insult to injury, discussions of relocating me within the Omnicom group were initiated, only to culminate in silence and eventual termination of my contract. The lack of transparency and communication throughout this process was deeply unsettling. In hindsight, my time at RAPP was a disillusioning experience, characterized by false promises, mismanagement, and a blatant disregard for employee welfare. I would caution prospective employees to carefully consider their options before committing to a similar journey with this company.
