Every thing about this business. The owner screams at everyone for the smallest things. He is so paranoid he thinks everyone is stealing from him. The thinks it's motivating to call you names and scream at you. He expects people to work weekends 7 days a week and if you don't he makes comments like " do you think you only work 9 to 5?" He fires everyone good and working hard because he gets jealous if people are getting along and like eachother. Instead he wants everyone to be miserable and he loves chaos. He will randomly make a whole room move tables and chairs becuase he thinks things need a constant shake up and he will change his mind 100 times before the end of a conversation so you have no idea what he wants from you. So if you are not a mind reader dont bother working here. He talks constantly about "value" but really is means how can you supply the customers the most crappy meal and charge the highest price. Also, he values nothing and noone except himself. Stay away from this place, it's absolutely toxic, chaotic and awful.
