Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While your experience at RCN was clearly disappointing, we appreciate you being candid—especially when the feedback is hard to hear. We take every review seriously and view it as an opportunity to reflect and grow.
We acknowledge that RCN is not the right fit for everyone. The pace, expectations, and culture of accountability we strive to maintain can be challenging. We are a values-driven company that believes in ownership, transparency, and development, and those principles are the foundation for how we operate. When those values aren’t aligned across the board, tensions can emerge—and we’re actively working to reduce that through better hiring, clearer communication, and stronger leadership development.
Regarding concerns around favoritism and leadership decisions, we hear you. While we stand by our belief that every employee should be treated fairly and recognized for their contributions, we understand that perceptions of inequity can undermine trust. As we grow, we are continuously evaluating how we communicate opportunities, set expectations, and ensure transparency in leadership decisions.
It’s also clear from your feedback that we still have work to do in creating a culture where every team member feels safe giving honest feedback and contributing without fear. That’s something we take seriously and are committed to improving.
We’re sorry that your experience fell short of what we want RCN to represent. We truly hope you’ve found a role where you feel valued, empowered, and aligned with the culture. We’ll continue to learn from feedback like yours and remain focused on building a workplace rooted in integrity, accountability, and growth—for everyone.
