I have worked at RCS for a little over 1.5 years. There are so many great things about this company. I have worked in a public school as a 1:1 aide and at another school for children with autism and RCS is by far the best place. The staff truly love the kids and even from my interview, I just got a good feeling. The kids are awesome and the staff are great too. You get A LOT of hands on training and support which is something I was looking for because I eventually want to be a BCBA. They also have a Masters program through Simmons College. Classes are held at RCS and you get a very reduced tuition. It is a great opportunity if you really want to stay in this field. I am glad I was able to work at a couple of different places before working at RCS as I think it helped me to appreciate it so much more because I have other places to compare it to. There are also a lot of opportunities to move up in the company which is really appealing. I could definitely see myself staying here for a long time and hope to be able to move up once I get more experience and become a BCBA. Pros: -Loving place -Kids are great -Co-workers have been great to work with -Good benefits (lots of vacation time and time off!) -Great training and support -Employees are really treated well -Good working hours (7am-3pm) -On site Masters program -Opportunities to grow and move up
