Pluspunten

Great team atmosphere, made long lasting friendships, when bonuses are made available (very rare) they had potential to be lucrative.

Minpunten

Management is young, immature & petty. No chance for growth in company, no pay raises except maybe 25 cents if you become a team lead, horrible benefits, high turnover, lack of care about balancing work/home life.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Minpunten

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Minpunten

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
