They outsource their Human Resource Department. This is good because from what I hear they didn’t have one for years.
They just started offering 401k. However it’s paid in one lump sum once a year (in March). If you quit any time prior you don’t get any of it. This is pretty weird and I’m sure it’s only to benefit the company. This company only thinks of themselves.when they offer anything to their employees.
Minpunten
So many. Upper management positions are held by share holders (CEO, COO, CFO) they scream and belittles employees often. The next level of management will often throw members of their own department under the bus to save their own face. Trust no one!

- Racism among CEO and some upper management
- RDI works with many factories overseas such as India, China etc and treats employees here like they do those over there.
- RDI doesn’t allow overtime and will change employees status to salary (without an increase in pay) to get around paying employees who are required to work more on certain weeks.
- Will call you (for work) at all hours of the night and even when you have taken sick, vacation or even bereavement days!
- They have employees and hire people to leave positive reviews on some of their subsidiary companies online products
- No growth opportunities for individuals
I do not recommend working here.
