I was regularly sent bad scanners. It could have been user error, but I wouldn't know since none of the technical support people seemed to know what they were talking about. My supervisor was always driving around and visiting collectors, but never came within 200 miles of my location. This only made him very difficult to contact quickly, and was often passive aggressive if I ever asked for clarification or assistance.
