Schedule is very flexible. You can work whenever you like which is awesome. There are a variety of different job types and travel opportunities. DM is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Minpunten

There is no notice advance notice given when charges are made. For example you’ll wake up one day and find out you have a new DM. If a job pays hourly the rate is the same whether you’ve worked here for 1 week or 20 years.

As District Managers opt to leave the organization, we must realign teams. While providing advance notice of these district changes is not always feasible, the DMs are committed to getting to know their new team members.

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Minpunten

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
