We are working on revolutionary automation solutions for the manufacturing sector and management encourages feedback for continual improvement. It's refreshing to work for a company that understands mistakes happen and that we learn more from our failures. The culture is fairly chill, even though it's a startup and we working at a very fast-pace. We have a lot of flexibility and management treats the team with respect. There are a lot of other perks like monthly company gatherings, snacks, dog friendly office, casual work attire, and a great vacation policy. In addition, there are lots of opportunities for growth and development. Management promotes from within and many of my coworkers have already advanced here.
