Specifically for the Scarlet buniness unit -Not welcomed as a new crew -Being ignored in general not knowing what did I do wrong as a new member -When you're doing something wrong, the account will ALWAYS call you out in a forum or out in the public -Not treating strategy as a strategy that we all agree to use as the foundation as the project, but they're using it to support the creative idea (and they think it's normal/the right way to do) -Close-minded, not open to discussion or trying to make win-win solution, everything is echo-chambering

They don’t know what they’re dealing with. People who only have creativity and imagination are not suited to building a robust digital management system. Funny enough, this keeps happening over and over again. It’s funny, really… very funny. Don't waste your time on here..
